Kiuchi Brewery - Hitachino Nest Celebration Ale

note: I did write this up a while ago, but I felt it was worth doing again.
'ale brewed w/ spices and vanilla beans.'
very slightly sour, wild yeast-y Belgian style ale from Japan.
expensive for a small bottle, but very nice. Smooth, not too sweet, small bubbly. malt and vanilla come through for nice caramel aftertaste.
Would definitely put it in the category of some of the best gueuze-like cold ones I've had.
Nice unfiltered apple cider color and texture.
