coopersmith's ipa

coopersmith's is a brewpub in ft. collins, colorado. their ipa, the punjabi pale, comes in both cask conditioned and normal flavors. of course, i had the cask. you can see the pour at the end of its development here. this beer was delicious, the aroma was all floral, the hoppiest thing i've ever perceived. the mouthfeel was silky, with good hard bitterness and a little caramel rounding it all out. they brew a ton of styles, and i was sorry i could only try this one. it made me jealous of csu students, and left me wondering why i don't hang out in the northwest more often.

sounds and looks amazing.
there are plenty of reasons not to spend all your time in the northeast, but beer isn't one of them.
