austrian beers 1: kapsreiter hell
ah to drink a helles! it's not brewed in the rhineland and i really have no access to it. so i enjoyed this one even though mine was a little skunky. it was good, but not memorable.

question: is "landbier" more meaningful in German than "land beer" is in English?
yes, it is pregnant with promise of its rural origins. while german "land" means nation, it is also idiomatic for "countryside".
